Spark Man is a Robot Master from Mega Man 3. Constructed by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily (the latter of whom took Spark Man for his own ends), he is capable of generating over twice as much voltage as Elec Man, which he uses to either recharge friends or assault foes as the Spark Shock.
He appears in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 as an NPC in Tier 5, standing next to the teleporter to Lord Elewoofro, wondering about the strange appearance of a certain cultist.
Spark Man was added as a premade boss with the release of the Megamix Engine, and therefore appears in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level as a devkit boss. In the latter game, he appears in over seven levels – more than any devkit boss in the game.

Battle
Spark Man will constantly perform short hops back and forth across the room. There is a one-in-three chance that instead of performing a hop, he will fire a spread of eight small sparks in all directions, then fire a large spark at Mega Man before performing another hop.
