Spark Man is a Robot Master from Mega Man 3. Constructed by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily (the latter of whom took Spark Man for his own ends), he is capable of generating over twice as much voltage as Elec Man, which he uses to either recharge friends or assault foes as the Spark Shock.
He appears in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 as an NPC in Tier 5, standing next to the teleporter to Lord Elewoofro, wondering about the strange appearance of a certain cultist.
Spark Man was added as a premade boss with the release of the Megamix Engine, and therefore appears as a devkit boss in all games using it. The first game to use Spark Man in this capacity was Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, in which he appears in seven levels – more than any devkit boss in the game. He also acts as the host of the Spark Shock weapon tutorial, and gives advice on the weapon's niches. In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 he was significantly less present, only appearing in the entries Bright Man Remix, Frenzy Reactor, and Treading The Wily Sewer System, as well as appearing as an NPC in Tier 12.

Battle
Spark Man will constantly perform short hops back and forth across the room. There is a one-in-three chance that instead of performing a hop, he will fire a spread of eight small sparks in all directions, then fire a large spark at Mega Man before performing another hop.
