The Festival Grounds are the ninth Tier in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2. The main grounds of the festival, it is a grassy area decorated with signs and stands, as well as balloons that have to be popped for a challenge. It is located in the main hub, accessed by either going left at Dr. Light's Lab or right past the Pit of Pits. It also contains the entrance to Tier 10 and the highest-ranking levels.
This tier contains the levels ranked 18th to 11th, and the tier boss is Butter Nezumi from the Mega Man-esque game Nezumiman.

Notes
