- "Come on, Tin Twerp! It's time to see what metal you're made of!"
- ―Rec Man, before his battle.
Rec Man is a Robot Master from Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, fought at the end of his titular stage's upper path. He's a robot modelled after a trash bin, whose job is to recycle waste. Aside from that, he's also fond of brawling, as he likes to boast about his incredible physical strength. Aside from being a boss, Rec Man also appears as an NPC in Tier 14 after clearing the Wily Stadium.
Battle
Rec Man's battle takes place in what appears to be a boxing ring, complete with a cheering crowd in background.
- He often jumps around very high and shoots out random garbage at Mega Man, such as: Rec Can that rebounds off surfaces, glass bottle that shatters into 2 damaging sharpnels and a Scissascissor arm, that flies fast and deals the most damage out of all projectiles. He can also hang on the upper part of the room, slide along it and consecutively shoot out 3 junks.
- Rec Man runs to either left or right side of the room and activates his abdomen vacuum. It sucks Mega Man in, as well as incoming spheres that once he collects, he will recover 1 HP per each.
- Once his health reaches half (14 HP), Rec Man will turn invincible and perform 3 shoulder bashes across the entire room, hopping in place to signalize each. He will recover 4 HP if he hits Mega Man with this. He only turns invincible the first time his health reaches half (indicated by his health bar turning red), as well as always jumping to the right side. For the rest of the battle, he uses it as a replacement for his vacuum attack, though without invincibility anymore.

Trivia
- His name comes from 3 first letters of recycling. It may also be based on wreck, referencing his fighting hobby.
- During his shoulder bash, a crowd in the background is cheering him on, using a sound effect from NES Punch-Out!!.
