Bomb Man is a boss from Mega Man 1. Dr. Light created him as a land reclamation and demolition robot, with powerful (and seemingly-endless) Hyper Bombs strong enough to blow apart any kind of rock or debris. This naturally enticed Dr. Wily, who reprogrammed Bomb Man into a battle robot.
In Make a Good Mega Man Level, he appears as an NPC inside Dr. Light's Lab. He appears again as an NPC in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, this time as one of the patrons of the Chateau Chevaleresque.
He will appear in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 as a devkit boss.
Battle
Bomb Man is a somewhat simple boss. He will hop around his arena and usually throws Hyper Bombs at Mega Man whenever he lands.
