The Wily Jet is a machine appearing in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a personal combat jet used by Dr. Wily, and is armed with all manner of weapons.
The Wily Jet first appears in Chaos Assault, where Mega Man rides it during various shoot-em-up sections while he and Dr. Wily attack Dr. Regal's fortress. Later on, it appears in the Wily stage The Greatest Show of All Time, where Dr. Wily uses it after the destruction of Wily Machine SPIRE as the main game's final boss.

Behaviour
In Chaos Assault, the Wily Jet remains underneath Mega Man at all times. Mega Man cannot jump while riding the jet; attempting to do so will instead cause both it and him to turn around, allowing it to attack enemies behind them. Whenever Mega Man shoots, the jet will fire a spreadshot from its turbines at the same time. If Mega Man fires a Charge Shot, the Wily Jet fires a large green laser from the lightbulb at its tip; however, it will be unable to fire another laser for a small amount of time afterwards, instead firing a trio of homing missiles.
Battle
The Wily Jet spends most of its fight hovering above Mega Man, and uses Mega Man's default Special Weapons against him as its attack pattern.
The Wily Jet has access to the following attacks, which it will use in a random sequence:
- Shooting a triple-shot spread of Thunder Beam bolts downward, ending by creating six pillars of lightning on the platform the battle takes place on. This is the first attack the Wily Jet will use.
- Moving across the four corners of the screen, firing a Spark Chaser every time. After the second Spark Chaser, it creates a ring of bullets. After the third, it fires two homing missiles.
- Flying off to one side of the screen and shooting three Laser Tridents at Mega Man, repeats the process for the other side of the screen, and then slowly moving from one side to the other while shooting Laser Tridents downward.
- Flying from the background to the foreground four times, shooting a ring of Water Shield droplets as it passes by Mega Man each time.
- Summoning a wave of tornadoes using Tornado Blow that travels from one side of the screen to the other. Four bigger tornadoes will carry a random pattern of enemies up to the platform. It will then rush across the platform.
- Hovering in the background and firing a beam into the platform that periodically creates Magnetic Shockwave pillars, before sweeping the platform with a beam that creates a large amount of pillars that travel across the platform, from one edge to near the other edge.
- Firing a rain of icicles, ending with a group of Ice Walls landing on the platform. The Wily Jet will then shoot spreadshots of four bullets at Mega Man, before firing a massive laser beam at the ground level of the platform, which can be avoided by standing on the Ice Walls.
- Flying into the background and trying to ram into Mega Man twice in succession, similar to the Break Dash.
After being defeated, the damaged Wily Jet attempts to ram into Mega Man, who counters him by using the Rush Bike to push back against the Wily Jet, ultimately finishing it off with a Tier Rank-powered tackle.

Trivia
- Though the Wily Jet comes immediately after Wily Machine SPIRE (even when fighting it in the Boss Gallery), it is considered its own separate boss. The same is true for the Ernest Will superboss, with the Ernest Jet being counted separately.
- The ending cutscene against the Wily Jet does not play when it is fought in the Boss Gallery, and Mega Man will instead teleport out before it would normally begin.
