Bubble Man is a boss from Mega Man 2. In his second world domination plot, Dr. Wily created him as the world's first humanoid robot capable of underwater combat. Though he accels in this capacity, his ability to move on land leaves much to be desired, as he can only move by jumping.
In Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, he appears as an NPC in Tier 6. He (or at least a version of him) also appears as a boss in the Wily Star II level Water Ducts, under the name Mecha Bubble Man, sporting a blue color-scheme and piloting a Ride Armor.
He will appear in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 as a devkit boss. Notably, he can be fought in non-aquatic arenas, where he uses a jetpack that shoots water to move around.
