The Cartel Hideout is a location in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. It is the Box Cartel's undersea base of operations, and was once used as a military base. The Cartel now use those same military-grade defences to ward off any attackers, with only an immensely powerful craft able to get through them. The hideout also has a large anchor on the top, which can be used to keep a ship above the hideout from moving.
The Cartel Hideout holds the last three stages in the game, and is unlocked after at least 85 Energy Elements. Like a typical Wily Castle, the Cartel Hideout's stages are played in succession, and quitting midgame will put the player back to the start of the last stage they were on; except for Deep Sea Break-In, which will put the player back on the SS Elroy, and Pandora's Parlor, which has mid-level autosaves.
After beating the game, the Cartel Hideout's stages can be revisited by using Pike.

Trivia
- To date, the Cartel Hideout is the one of two fortresses in a MaGMML game to not be completely destroyed, as evidenced by the game's credits showing the Box Cartel still inside the hideout none the worse for wear.
