Tier 2 is the second tier of Make a Good Mega Man Level. It is a city. In the remake, there are holes in the floor where you can slide to get around faster. The tier has the levels ranked 16th to 13th, with Dagger Man as the boss of the original version. In the remastered version, Yoku Man appears instead, as Dagger Man moved to Tier 3, which Yoku Man was orignally in.
