The Metal Blade (メタルブレード Metaru Burēdo) is the Special Weapon of Metal Man, hailing from Mega Man 2. It is a sharp sawblade that can be fired in eight directions. It is notorious for being extremely overpowered in its home game, especially compared to the other weapons native to 2.
Make a Good Mega Man Level
The Metal Blade was a weapon voted into Make a Good Mega Man Level by the Talkhaus community. To prevent it overshadowing the other weapons, it has been nerfed significantly; losing half of its ammo and its enemy-piercing effect. Megamix Engine
The Metal Blade is included in the Megamix Engine alongside (almost) every MaGMML weapon up to Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. Notably, the weapon now fires from Mega Man's hand when he throws it, and not from Mega Man's center.
