Dachone is an enemy from Mega Man 5. It is an artillery robot created by Dr. Wily to attack Mega Man, armed with a laser blaster and a durable body, with a camera eye being its only weak point.
Dachone was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in eight entries, as well as the Wily stages Inner Sanctum and Reality Core, and the Tier X stages Deep Thoughts and Wily Fortress VR.
Despite not existing in the original Make a Good Mega Man Level, it appeared in Make a Good Mega Man Level Remastered in the redesigned Wily stage Everything's Blowing Up. It also appeared in the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero stages Scorched Factory, Forgotten Fortress: The Lab, Stormy Spire, and Psionic Space Station, and in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level in the entries Orbital Assault, The End of Needle Man?! and Warehouse of Conveyors, plus the Cartel Hideout stage Deep Sea Break-In.
Dachone returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, and appeared in the entries Wilys Redemption, The Heist, Y.M.C.A., Fairly Unfocused Newcomer's Bosses And Gimmicks Stage, Crosshair Aware, and Spectrum Science. The same game also included it in the Contest Weapon Playground, and the NEO Pit of Pits sublevel "The Dachone Hangar".
