Top Spin is is a special weapon available for use immediately in Make a Good Mega Man Level. When Mega Man uses it in the air, he enters a spinning animation. This will damage anything that comes into contact with him while he's spinning. Furthermore, Mega Man is invincible during the duration of the spin, which is unique to Make A Good Mega Man Level. Weapon energy is only used when Top Spin damages an enemy. Top Spin cannot be used on the ground.

Many flying enemies and projectiles can be destroyed in one hit by the Top Spin, such as Parasyu and Yambow. Unfortunately, very few bosses are weak to the Top Spin.
