Cut Man is a boss from the original Mega Man. He was originally designed as a lumber-cutting robot, before being reprogrammed by Dr. Wily to fight. In Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, he appears as a devkit boss, yet no one used him. He remains in the Arena, however. He also appears as an NPC in Light Labs and as a costume.
Battle
Cut Man has a simple AI, running across the arena and jumping when Mega Man gets close, unless he is about to use the Rolling Cutter. If he is hit by Mega Man when he is on the ground or a set amount of time passes, he will ready and throw the Rolling Cutter at Mega Man.
