Shinryu is a YouTuber known for his playthroughs of Mega Man fangames, and his often harsh criticisms towards them. For Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, he submitted the entry Identity Crisis, which scored first place and made him win the entire contest. He also produced two rooms for the Pit of Pits and one room for Null and Void, as well as coming up with the concept of Volt Man the Assimilator.
For Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, Shinryu was selected to be one of the judges.
