RoahmMythril is a YouTuber and Let's Player who refers himself as a dragon because of his mental illness, has a massive interest in shiny objects and other collectibles (which he refers to as "shinies"), and is described by some as having a "laugh that can cause cancer and make you want to kill yourself". He is well-known for his low quality content where he brags about his Mega Man skill, including videos dedicated to "Perfect Runs" (edited playthroughs of the stage so it looks like he beat it without taking damage, while only using the default weapon unless special weapons are absolutely required) of levels from the classic Mega Man series.
