"Doc Kumo" is a midboss from Rockman & Forte: Mirai Kara no Chousensha. It is a skull-shaped robot with insect-like legs.

Doc Kumo is included in the Megamix Engine, and was available as a devkit midboss in all games made with it. The first MaGMML game to use it was Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, where it makes appearances in the entries blainz, Lasers and Platforms, and Realm of the Lich Lord. It reappeared in the Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 entries Mega Man DEV and Fairly Unfocused Newcomer's Bosses And Gimmicks Stage.

Behavior

Doc Kumo starts the fight by jumping and firing three spinning bones in random directions. It will then walk back and forth along the ground (or ceiling if it's flipped upside-down) while the bones slowly home in on Mega Man. The bones can be destroyed either by attacking them or by making contact with them. When all three bones are destroyed, Doc Kumo will jump and create some more. Most weapons can only damage Doc Kumo by hitting its light.
