V (pronounced somewhat like "buoy") is an enemy from Mega Man 5. It is a radar mecha modeled after a buoy.
V was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries Biplane Bay, Escape Sequence, and Sector Upsilon 6, as well as the Tier X stages Metallic Ocean and Swiss Hotel, and the Pit of Pits sub-levels "Safe Shallows" and "Water Boat Fast".

Behavior
The behavior of V depends on whether the creation code value "isStationary" is set to true or false. By default, it is set to true. If set to true, V will not move at all. If set to false, V will slowly move towards Mega Man (based on how its game of origin provides the illusion of Mega Man moving past the V without the screen actually scrolling).
