Piriparee is an enemy from Mega Man V. It is a Sniper Joe with the ability to charge up electricity in its body.
Piriparee was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries Poorly Named Level, Volcanic Furnace, Fortified Lab, and Escape Sequence, as well as the Wily stages Classic Castle and Reality Core, and the Tier X stages Wily Fortress VR and Null and Void.
With the release of the Megamix Engine, Piriparee's sprites were edited to have a more artwork-accurate palette.
Behavior
At first, Piriparees will stand idly. After a short period of time, they will charge up electricity and shoot a spark straight forward.
Unlike most enemies, Piriparee is not a separate object in the devkit; instead, one must place down the functionally identical Biribaree and set "col = 1" in its creation code. This causes Biribaree to use Piriparee's sprites.
