Motion Sickness Man is a Robot Master from the Gallery of Poorly Conceived Robot Masters, seen in the Short Circuits section in issue #49 of the Mega Man Archie comic.
Make a Good Mega Man Level 2
Motion Sickness Man is an NPC in two tier hubs, Tier 4 and Tier 8. He is easily noticed due to his giant, all-caps "READ ME" sign. Talking to him causes him to inform the player about the effects of the level he is standing next to, and then warn how these effects can cause motion sickness. In both cases, he also tells the player how to circumvent the issue, either by a green teleporter or a switch to turn off the effects.
