Rackaser is an enemy from Mega Man 4. It is a small waddling robot with an umbrella attached to its head.
Rackaser was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries A Mega Man for All Seasons, Biplane Bay, Escape Sequence, and Launch Man & Shuttle Man, as well as the Wily stage Reality Core, the Tier X stage Swiss Hotel, and the Pit of Pits sub-level "Tower Climbing". A single Rackaser also appears in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, semi-hidden in the level Lily Airpad.
After appearing in the Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level entry Sleet Citadel, Rackaser returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, which used it in the entry The Return of Veteran Z and the NEO Pit of Pits sublevel "I Like'em Big, I Like'em Chunco".

Behavior
Rackasers don't appear on-screen at first. When Mega Man gets close enough, they will slowly float down from the top of the screen, firing their umbrellas at him once they land. Afterwards, they will simply walk forward.
