"Fatool" is an enemy from Rockman & Forte: Mirai Kara no Chousensha. It is a large, somewhat portly Metall.

Fatool was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries Cardinal Man, Forgotten Fortress, Poorly Named Level, and Smed's Big Annoying Mess of a Level, as well as the Wily stages Lever Oriental Enchanted, Unobtainium Mine, and Reality Core, the Pit of Pits sub-levels "Forgotten Fortress" and "Mega Lift", and in Null and Void. In this game, Fatool uses colored versions of its Mirai Kara no Chousensha sprites.

Fatool returns in the Megamix Engine, and reappears as a devkit enemy for all games built with it. In the engine, Fatool uses new, custom-made sprites in place of its old sprites, to better match the style of the NES Mega Man games. The first game to use the new Fatool was Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, where it appeared in Null and Void. It went on to appear in the Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level entry One Night in Xanadu as a hidden pseudo-miniboss; and in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 in nine entries, as well as the NEO Pit of Pits sublevels "Regio Unus" and "The Dachone Hangar".

Behavior

Fatools will initially hide its eyes under its helmet (making it hidden enough to be invulnerable as if it were completely covered by the helmet). When Mega Man gets close, it will jump up and fire a projectile straight forward, briefly hiding again even if Mega Man is still next to it.
