Ice Man is a boss from Mega Man 1. Created by Dr. Light to perform human tasks in sub-zero environments, he was later reprogrammed by Dr. Wily into a combat robot.

In both Make a Good Mega Man Level and Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, he appears as an NPC in Dr. Light's Lab. In the former, he laments being scrapped as a boss in favor of fangame Robot Masters.

He finally gets his wish in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, where he will be a devkit boss.

Battle

Ice Man will skate back and forth across the room. He will periodically stop and jump in the air, firing three ice shots as he descends, then slowly ascend into the air while firing three more ice shots, before dropping to the ground and continuing to skate around the room.
