- "Care to wager? Entrust your future to the cards."
- ―Travel brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Magic Card Casino is a hub area that appears in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a large casino owned by Magic Man, and is accessible as soon as the Travel Brochure is obtained, although Mega Man is at no point forced to visit it. It is similar to Chateau Chevaleresque from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, albeit greatly expanded into its own area. The casino hosts a wide variety of minigames and NPCs, each of which gradually become available as the game progresses. It is also here that Mega Man can exchange Trickster Tokens he finds in the simulations with Chance Man for a suite of helpful upgrades.

Points of Interest
Mini Games
- Roulette: Bet Black, Red, or 0 to win Bolts.
- Solitaire: Play a game of Klondike solitaire for Bolts and Capsules.
- Rock'n Wars: TBA
- Big Pets Stacker!: A mini-game based on the Stacker redemption arcade game that tasks the player with building a tower of Big Pets segments, with them getting thinner over time as well as when put on an edge of the tower. Get to the top to win Bolts and Capsules!
- Bottle Breaker: TBA
- Magnet Climb: Using an infinite Magnet Beam, see how long you can stay in the air before you fall. Rewards increase the higher you get.
- Rift Wanderer: Talk to Not Napalm Man in Sheriff's Jailhouse to obtain a silver membership card.
- Pharaoh's Challenge: Talk to Dark Juggler in World-Class Gym to obtain a gold membership card. Using Electro Cable and Track Shoes, scale the randomly generated pyramid and reach the top. Beware of curses that will impede your progress. Rewards increase the higher you get.
Rewards
- Energy Saver: 50 Tokens. Reduces the energy cost of using your default special weapons.
- Energy Converter: 10 Tokens. Replaces health pickup drops with weapon energy if you have full HP, replaces weapon energy pickups with health if you have full weapons, and replaces both with bolts if you are full on everything.
- Flurry Buster: 10 Tokens. Allows you to fire many more buster shots at once.
- Revenge Burst: 15 Tokens. If you are hit while holding a charge shot, the charge is expended to unleash a burst attack that damages nearby enemies.
- Payday: 30 Tokens. Raises the drop rate (and value) of bolts, but lowers the drop chance of everything else.
- Skull Amulet: 10 Tokens. If HP is above 1, saves you from a fatal blow (setting HP to one). Works on all enemies and hazards, save for damaging spikes.
- Metall Helmet: 20 Tokens. Reduces knockback from getting hit.
- Blast Wind: 15 Tokens. Nullifies knockback while sliding.
- Shadow Slide: 20 Tokens. Allows you to slide through enemy attacks with perfect timing, producing a sound and particle effect when successfully performed.
- Step Booster: 10 Tokens. Significantly increases the speed you climb ladders.
- Trickle Charge: 30 Tokens. Slightly refills energy of all special weapons whenever Mega Man reaches a checkpoint.
- Solar Siphon: 20 Tokens. Special weapons can consume HP instead of health if they are out of energy and the loss of health won't be fatal.
- 3ystery Container: 10 Tokens. Allows you to carry up to 3 M-Tanks instead of 1 and changes their sprite, turning the "M" into a "3".
- Weakness Radar: 40 Tokens. Shows the primary weakness(es) of most bosses during their introduction animation, as well as on demand via the quick-item menu.
- Level Mapper: 40 Tokens. Gives you an on-demand holographic map of the current area. Hold QUICKITEM to scroll; mouse over points of interest for more info. Press QUICKITEM to dismiss.
- Mini Mapper: 20 Tokens. Continuously displays a partial map of the current area in the top right corner of the screen.
- Level Compass: 30 Tokens. Displays a visual hint (and plays a tone) whenever you are near a secret item or area you have not collected or encountered before.
- Altered Key: 100 Tokens. Unlocks the Contest Weapons and Contest Weapons Testing Room.
