Lobstorch is an enemy from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2. It is a lobster robot with a short-range flamethrower hidden in its claw. Lobstorch was originally created for the entry Boil Man, but went on to be used in the Wily stages Water Ducts and Reality Core, the Tier X stages Deep Thoughts and Wily Fortress VR, and in Null and Void.
Behavior
Lobstorches are initially asleep, but wake up once Mega Man moves close enough to them. Once active, they proceed to jump after him, stopping after each jump to shoot a flurry of flames out from their claw. The flames peter out after flying a small distance, but deal more damage than contact with a Lobstorch.
