Many Silver Stars demand tricky platforming, reaching obscure or hard to reach areas of the map, and even forced death. Several require use of the Contest Weapons, such as the Electro Cable, Track Shoes, and Banshee Wail, or some combination of the three. Additionally, some Silver Stars only appear after pressing a button (itself hidden invisible), activating a short timer until it disappears; typically, the Rush Bike is required to make it to the star in time.
